What Content-Type do we want to use on an empty message? Use case was nulling out previous candidate recognition.

Discussion:

Resolution: Allow interim-result and recognition complete to be empty with no content-type and specify the semantics are that you null out the interim result.

Discussion day 2: Create a separate event type "ResultDeleted" in the webAPI that happens. Michael to take this.
