sorry for the lack of my life. i've been moving, but i cleverly before that had my mom visit. so the mother visit was its usual package of stress, which makes the moving seem incredibly relaxed by comparison, even though i am discovering that i have about 742,359 small objects in my apartment. but over a period of five days and many car trips, things are getting done.

but you don't care about that. i owe you profound thoughts. so i was in target the other day, and i saw an ad for a line of maternity wear. it occurred to me that pregnant model is a strange job. first of all, you can't be a professional maternity wear model, unless something is wrong with the world. so these clothing companies can't have ad campaigns built around a constant model.

also, how does the pregnant modeling scene work? when models get pregnant, do their agents notify the maternity companies? the whole process has to be very fast because people become too pregnant or too unpregnant in a hurry. do models negotiate with maternity companies before they decide to become pregnant?

i wonder if there are some other jobs which by their very nature you can't be a fullt-time worker at. one assumes as much.
